General
- Rain checks will be issued only when the course becomes unplayable or is closed due to inclement weather, as determined by management.
- Requests for rain checks for reasons other than bad weather (for example, player preference or non-weather interruptions) may be issued at the manager’s discretion.
- Rain checks are non-transferable and expire 1 year from the date of issue.
- A valid email address must be on file for the player to receive a rain check. No rain check will be issued without an email on file.
Rain Check Value
- Rain checks are issued at a value based on the number of holes played (0–18).
- Rain checks represent the unused portion of the round and are calculated on a pro-rated per-hole basis using the prevailing rate for the round at the time the rain check is issued. (Example: if a player paid for 18 holes and played 7 holes before play was suspended, the rain check will reflect the unused holes pro-rated from the original round value.)
- Rainchecks have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Rainchecks are valid for golf only.
- Management reserves the right to determine the method of calculation in unusual cases.
Issuance & Redemption
- To receive a rain check, notify the Golf Shop or course oƯicial at the time play is suspended or the course is closed. A valid email must be provided (or already on file).
- Inform the Golf Shop Attendant of an existing rain check at time of check-in.
- Rain checks may be applied toward the current rate at the time of redemption.
Safety
- Play may be suspended or stopped due to lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe course conditions. Guests should seek shelter immediately in these instances.
