1. Tee Times & Reservations
- How far in advance can tee times be booked?
- 14 days for members, 7 days for public
- Online booking vs. phone booking
- Both have the same tee time availability (online is real-time) and rates. Occasionally there may be an “Online Only” special rate, that rate is only available through online booking.
- Is there a booking fee?
- No. If a fee or payment is collected during the booking process, that is applied directly to the rate.
- How many players per tee time?
- 4 players per tee time allowed.
- Can I book as a single?
- Absolutely! Please note we do reserve the right to pair single player up with another player, or group.
- What happens if I’m running late?
- No problem! When possible, we ask you to please call to give us notice. If you have missed your tee time, we will do our best to get you out as soon as possible.
2. Rates, Discounts & Payments
- What do rates include? (18 holes, cart, etc.)
- Rates include both cart and greens fee
- Junior rate policy (ages, requirements, adult accompaniment)
- We offer a junior rate for those 13-17 who are accompanied by a paying adult. (Please note that players under 16, are not allowed to drive golf carts. Carts are to be operated by licensed drivers only.)
- Young Professional / Student / Military discounts (if applicable)

- What forms of payment are accepted?
- Cash, Visa, M/C, American Express, Discover. (We also accept mobile payments.)
- Are gift cards available?
- Yes, you can purchase over the phone or in person at our Pro Shop
- Do you have an ATM on site?
- No, we do not.
3. Check-In & Arrival
- How early should I arrive before my tee time?
- We recommend 15 minutes
- Where do I check in?
- In the Pro Shop
- Rider policy and rider fees
- We do allow riders for a fee of $10. Riders are expected to dress in proper attire and cannot drive golf carts if they are under the age of 16.
4. Cancellation, No-Show & Rain Policies
- Cancellation window and how to cancel
- We know life happens. Cancellations are allowed up to 60 minutes before tee-time, without penalty.
- No-show policy
- Again, life happens, however No-Shows are subject to a fee, and multiple no-shows may result in loss of online booking privileges.

- Weather delays vs. course closure
- Course closures or delays may occur if we are experiencing high amounts of rainfall and the course becomes unplayable, or in the case of frost or other extreme weather. In any case, an email is sent to those who have a valid email address on file, as well as posted on our social media pages.
- Refund vs. rain check
- Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. In most instances a rain check will be issued.
5. Course Rules & Etiquette
- Dress code (golfers and riders)
- Men-Slacks or tailored shorts collared or mock-collared shirts and golf shoes. (No jeans, cutoffs, sports shirts or T-shirts)
- Women-Slacks, tailored shorts, skorts/dresses, golf tops, and golf shoes. (No jeans, sports shirts, or T-shirts)
- Pace of play expectations
- 2 hours for front 9, 90 minutes back 9. We ask that golfers maintain respectable distance and pace with group ahead. Groups falling behind pace of play may be asked to skip a hole or allow groups to play through.
- Course care
- We ask all golfers to do their part by repairing ball marks, filling divots, and properly raking bunkers. In addition we ask that golfers keep their golf carts on cart paths and away from greens and tees.
- Alcohol policy
- Absolutely NO outside alcohol permitted at any time. It is not permissible by law per Florida Statute 562.02. Beer, liquor and wine is available for purchase both through the Pro Shop and Bar and Grill.
- Music/speakers policy
- Golf is meant to be enjoyed by everyone. Therefore, speakers and music is welcomed, as long as it does not interfere with other players.
- Cell phone use
- We ask you to please again be respectful of those also enjoying the golf course. Please have ringers silenced and be mindful of keeping pace of play.
6. Golf Carts & Course Policies
- Are carts included
- Yes, these are included in the rate paid and are required.
- Licensed driver requirement
- Only licensed drivers over the age of 16 are permitted to drive.
- Cart damage responsibility
- Golfers assume responsibility for all damages incurred to the golf cart and course and may be required to pay for excessive damages.
- Walking policy (if allowed)
- Walking is generally not allowed. Some exceptions may be made and are always at the discretion of the General Manager.
7. Practice Facilities
- Practice Green/Warm up area
- We offer a putting green open to all in front of the Club House as well as hitting nets, chipping green and additional practice green reserved for those with upcoming tee times.
8. Tournaments/Outings/Groups
- Groups and leagues are always welcome! Contact the Pro Shop to set up times or for more information.
- Charity events, fundraisers, tournaments and outings
- We love hosting events! We host several events throughout the year and always welcome new additions. Please again contact the Pro Shop to discuss hosting yours!
9. Food, Beverage & Amenities
- Bar & grill hours
- The Grill opens at 11am and serves lunch until 3pm.
- Can food/beverage be taken on the course?
- Absolutely! You can order before your round or while on the course to pick up your meal on the turn.
- Coolers allowed?
- Outside coolers are allowed, but in compliance with licensing regulations, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited and this policy is strictly enforced.
- Restrooms on course?
- Yes, on holes 4 and 13.
- Club rentals available?
- Yes, we offer both men’s and women’s in both left handed and right handed
